
Over the festive period this is an online group class and is suitable for all levels. We typically practice a Hatha Yoga Flow that promotes strength, stability, flexibility and inner calm.
Every class is thoughtfully tailored with variations and options, so whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find a version of each posture that supports your unique body. We close with a guided relaxation to restore calm, leaving you grounded, spacious, and refreshed in body and mind.
