Join me for a boost of energy and happiness on a Sunday morning.

This in-person group class is suitable for all levels. We typically practice a Hatha Yoga Flow that promotes strength, stability, flexibility and inner calm.

Every class is thoughtfully tailored with variations and options, so whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find a version of each posture that supports your unique body. We close with a guided relaxation to restore calm, leaving you grounded, spacious, and refreshed in body and mind.

We meet 5-10mins before 10am to settle in.

This in-person group class is designed to gently release tension, quiet a busy mind, and ease your body into a state of relaxation. We typically practice a Hatha Yoga Flow that promotes strength, stability, flexibility and inner calm.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding postures, you’ll create space in both body and mind—leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and ready to enjoy the rest of your evening with ease.
