
Over the festive period this is an online group class and is designed to gently release tension, quiet a busy mind, and ease your body into a state of relaxation. We typically practice a Hatha Yoga Flow that promotes strength, stability, flexibility and inner calm.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding postures, you’ll create space in both body and mind—leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and ready to enjoy the rest of your evening with ease.
