A recording from a live online morning yoga session. The practice takes on a Christmas feel where festive outfits were welcomed, PJs were totally acceptable, pose names took on a festive vibe - downward donkeys, Rudolphs, snowballs, Happy Baby Jesus, you get the idea. It was also the Winter Solstice :)

This class is a full body session, giving some time back to ourselves during the busy silly season. Starts with an extended exhale breathing exercise, followed by a warm up, then strengthening flow, cool down and relaxation at the end. Enjoy this one, it's silly but joyful. Amy x
