A recording from a live online morning yoga session (28 December 2025) during that funny time of the year between Christmas and New Year where the days blur together. PJs were totally acceptable :)
This class brings movement back into the body, eases out areas that get tight from sitting/travelling a bit more, and we stretch it all out. Focus is on hips, hamstrings, spine - lots of juicy twists to support the digestive system. Starts with a 3-part breath breathing exercise, followed by a gentle warm up, then strengthening/lengthening flows, a cool down and relaxation at the end. Enjoy this one, it brings a lightness back to the body. Amy x
