Welcome to this short 15min yoga flow where we are focusing on relieving any stress and tension in the neck & shoulders. This class features a short grounding meditation at the start, followed by a gentle warm up and then a series of mobility and flexibility sequences that will help relieve stress and tension in the neck & shoulders.
