Your Evening Yoga Stretch: 30 Minutes of Stretching and Unwinding. A relaxing mix of movement and mindfulness to unwind and switch off.

A flowing practice linking breath with movement to build strength, mobility, and balance. Expect calming sequences, variations for all levels, and a blissful guided relaxation to leave you grounded and relaxed before bedtime.
