10am - Yoga in the Park - 45mins (late-April - mid-September ONLY)

The amazing health benefits of yoga are well-known, and are super-powered when you add in the beauty of nature and the outdoors!

This is where we breathe in the fresh air and exhale that stress away, finding peace and vitality.

Join me for a boost of energy and happiness as we practice in the park.

This is an outdoor group class in the local Hythe Park and it's a fun, enjoyable experience in the beauty of nature. We meet 5-10mins before 10am to settle in, and then we typically practice a Hatha Yoga Flow that promotes strength, stability, stretching and inner calm.
